H-1B sure seems suddenly popular, what is it?

Why now? This feels manufactured, sudden and turbo-echoed WAY TOO MUCH. Why does this bother me? Is the architect sliding something in here? Let's play with this word ladder starting with H-1B and see what happens.

That's weird. The Honey Bee Visa is actually, "H-2A" which reminds me of
but again, let's try and stay focused.
Additionally, since H-1B is just a a subcategory of work visas, maybe I should compare H-1B statistics to other work visa statistics to better understand the relative relevance of the noise in the media.
How do they compare?
In 2023 there were about 15% more H-2A visas issued than H-1B, and each of these represent about only 0.5% of the total legal immigrant population.
Why is H-1B so hot right now compared to H-2A (or the other 98% of total legal immigration) which has been literally omitted from the discussion?

Additionally, the name H-1B implies the existence of an H-1A program and possibly even and H-1C. Let's read on that.
Item 2 states that what we now call H-1B was originally called H-1, then H-1A was created for Nurses, H-1 became H-1B, and when H-1A expired in November of 1999, H-1C were issued in place of H-1A but only until December of 2009 when that program expired, leaving H-1b as the only remaining H-1 program. So the "HOney" program turned into the Honey Bee program. What're the chances? (about 33%)
While getting back to the H-2A (real) Honey Bee Visa, the architect likes omissions, as demonstrated with TMF...INR and Pepe Silvia. So, what else about H-2A do you want me to find?

Let's modify the search a little
Ok, Psalm 142 6-8 seems to compliment a desire to draw strength and power from the mudra. 0:006 is when it starts, and he holds it long enough to include 7 & 8, then transitions to a walk, so from this I'm taking 6, 7, and 8 with me as souvenirs.
Having said that, all Conway Twitty did was start with Hakini Mudra, the video editor who posted this in 2017 made the timing align, so I should bifurcate the mudra grip from the biblical reference made by video editing. That doesn't mean we disregard it, just acknowledge where the dig forked.
While the date of the performance above anchored me to the old 1958 performance, I really liked this Live Performance Version posted 5/7/2015, comments blocked after 6/2018 (maybe to protect this puzzle?) Why 5/7/2015? Nothing yet noted, I just like this video.
As the first coat of paint was drying on the framing of this article and I was looking for sandpaper, I had a Great Moment in Retrospective Affirmation thanks to Badlands Media as well as the letter, "h" and specifically this catch made by Patrick, "What riled us up was 'we have to remove the CAPS on H-1B'" .
Could this mean, "remove the CAPSLOCK?"

As previously observed, Planck constant is denoted by and this becomes more visible or recognizable when the letters are already in lowercase.

Moving on tangentially, what if the "1" was meant as an "I"? Maybe, "hib"? (will dig on that later, maybe those vials need inspection, maybe remove the caps?).
Guess what? Those CAPS are hiding "h-ib" regularly on X.
Google PAA also struggles to differentiate between a number 1 and the letter I, treating them as equivalent, even when using Google Advanced. Grok disagreed on 2025-01-02, we'll see if that evolves. Just something to keep in mind, as this will probably come up again.
